Annual Weekend Retreats

During the past, Bethesda Unity has offered a Spring or Fall retreat at Christian Brothers Spiritual Retreat Center in rural Maryland. Each retreat is planned around specific themes or concepts. Previous retreat themes have included the practice of silence, discovering our soul's purpose, applied HeartMath techniques, and the enneagram. During the Spring of 2002 we participated in an advanced approach to the enneagram. In 2004 we examined the wide range of personal relationships and how we can grow spiritually through experiencing those relationships at depth.
